We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Fairway Mob. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

Faulty or Damaged Items We take quality seriously and conduct a full inspection of all our vintage and modern golf apparel before dispatching every order. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon opening, we accept full responsibility. In such cases, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. (Please note: As many of our items are vintage, minor signs of wear are to be expected and will be noted in the product description. These do not count as 'faulty'.)

Sizing, Colour & Style Exchanges If your item isn't the right size, colour, or style for the course, we're happy to offer an exchange for a different size, colour, or product. To initiate an exchange, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Window We operate a strict 14-day return policy:

Return Conditions Items must be returned in the exact condition they were sent, in their original packaging, with anyFairway Mob tags attached.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked Royal Mail service (or your local equivalent tracked courier) and keeping your tracking number until your return is confirmed as received at our clubhouse.

Missing Orders Claims for missing parcels must be made within 7 days of the shipment date. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with claims made after this period.

Final Sale Items Please note: Final sale items, clearance goods, and select vintage items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Unpaid Duties & Returned Parcels (International Orders) If customs fees or import duties are not paid by the customer and the parcel is returned to us, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost and any return or handling fees incurred during the return process.
