Order Cut-Off Time:
Place your order before 2pm (UK time) Monday to Friday for same-day dispatch. Orders made after 2pm will leave our warehouse on the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will ship the following Monday. You’ll receive full tracking details via email or text as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Orders received before 2pm (UK time) ship the same day. Anything received later will go out the next working day. Friday orders placed after 2pm ship the following Monday.
Tracking & Notifications
Every order includes tracking. Once your shipment is booked, you’ll get a link via email or SMS to monitor progress and manage delivery preferences through the courier’s portal.
Duties & Customs
EU Orders under €150 – Fairway Mob covers customs fees.
EU Orders over €150 – Local VAT and import charges will be collected by the courier before delivery.
USA – Please be aware import duties are currently high, typically 30–40% + handling fees, charged separately.
Rest of World – All customs duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
